This section provides several tools taken from Behaviour Change Communication in Emergencies: A Toolkit, developed by UNICEF’s Regional Office for South Asia (ROSA) in 2006, that are meant to help with the range of communication planning, rapid assessment and monitoring activities that may need to be undertaken for an emergency response. Some tools may come in handy as guides for developing print materials, radio spots, information on ethical issues and more.
